However, other companies do provide onsite dental - they just require employees to actually pay for it. The dentists are happy to do it for all the business they get. And a natural evolution from providing all the meals, etc. that young adults value. Many of these young men and women are just beginning their careers and haven't developed good health habits. This seems very positive to me, both for the employees and for Google which keeps its employees healthy and productive. Although - Maybe in the future we will have little communities with shops, doctors, dentists, etc. It could be called a "company town." Actually, it sounds like a great idea to me.
