		<description>interesting comment about Roberts... I think your hope in Roberts  is very generous. Regardless of what you think of the substance and the social consequences of his decisions, his push to have more narrowly tailored rulings has produced quite a few useless decisions for the lower courts, because the SCOTUS decision on applies to that particular case, rather than giving a frame work for future decisions. He needs to remember that this is the Supreme Court (the final appellate court) and not a district court.</description>
