My friends and I called reading that trilogy "Climbing Mt. Stephenson" because of the huge size of the books (and the infodumps). The funny thing is that I'm a huge fan. I am interested in the book you mention here but I'm not sure when I'd have time to read it. :-) I still haven’t read the third book in Neal Stephenson’s Baroque Cycle. My friends and I called reading that trilogy “Climbing Mt. Stephenson” because of the huge size of the books (and the infodumps). The funny thing is that I’m a huge fan.
