I liked Lomborg’s TED Talk back in 2005, and I liked this book pretty well. It’s a relatively emotionless analysis of the most important problems facing our world, and where global warming fits in (our should) to our priority list. He says that we should address the real impact of global warming, but shouldn’t do it at all costs; shouldn’t automatically prioritize it to the top because it’s got such a focus of attention of consumers & politicians. Anyway, I like this type of discussion and analysis much better than I like the way we’re talking about global warming at present. Definitely worth reading, mostly to stimulate more discussion.
